Lead Electrician

Job Description:
Our Lead Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential and small commercial solar PV systems, both rooftop and ground-mounted. This role involves supervising a team of electricians and apprentices, assigning tasks, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient installations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical and leadership experience
• Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, and lift up to 75 lbs

Solar Installer

Job Description:
The Solar Installer supports the installation of solar PV systems for residential and commercial projects under the supervision of a Lead Electrician. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, and lift up to 75 lbs
